Every Thursday Room11 walks down to Nairnville hall to do a sport. We first did gymnastics and then we did rugby and now soccer.
I think I have been pushing myself at gymnastics because my front walkovers are much tidier.
In rugby, I really liked the warm up game because I improved my intercepting the ball and catching.
One thing I think the staff at Nairnville could work on is leading the stretches a bit better. Stretching before and after. Also let someone who is familiar with stretching lead the stretches like me! I train every Monday and Saturday for 4 hours at gymnastic and half that time we are stretching!
